By booking a session with Hestia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Purpose of Our Sessions
Hestia provides a safe and supportive space for emotional expression.
We do not provide professional advice, therapy, or counseling.
Sessions are meant for listening, reflection, and emotional support only.
2. Session Details
Each session lasts 45 minutes.
- Sessions are conducted online or via call, based on your preference.
3. Payments
Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms.
Your financial information is not stored by Hestia.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.
In case of technical or scheduling issues from our side, you’ll be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
5. Confidentiality
Everything shared during your session remains private and confidential.
Confidentiality will only be broken if there is:
An immediate threat of harm to you or others, or
A legal obligation to disclose information.
6. Disclaimer
Hestia is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact a licensed therapist, doctor, or an emergency helpline in your area.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that Hestia’s role is to listen and provide emotional support, not medical or psychological advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hestia will not be held responsible for:
Any decisions or actions taken based on conversations during sessions.
Technical interruptions, internet failures, or third-party platform issues beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, unless otherwise required by law.
